 Hi Ladies
Well it has been a busy several days but most enjoyable. We had our Annual Dinner last Thursday, April 9th. Very well attended where all enjoyed a chicken dinner. We welcomed First Lady of Khartum, Melody Terin who very graciously addressed the audience. We were also entertained by a Female Barbershop Quartet -- The Honeycombs! Most enjoyable. One of the quartet even mentioned her family's long Masonic affiliation. Although we had intended to do the Presentation of Pins (25 year to Laureen Christensen and Kathleen Dales; 50 year to Betty Huppe), since these ladies were unable to be in attendance, I will make arrangements to get these pins to these ladies at a later date. We were delighted however to introduce and welcome many of our Past Presidents! Many thanks to the Dinner Committee, the Caterers and The Honeycombs as well as all the ladies who attended!
