 A great afternoon at the Khartum Shrine Memories BBQ with Shriners families; former and current patients and staff from the Shriners Hospital.
We were so pleased to see Katie and her family as she is our poster child for the Raffle that we ran this year with the proceeds helping the Khartum Shrine Hospital Transportation fund. In the photo here is Ruth McCorrie PP, Katie, and President Susan Woodward. It was a wonderful afternoon for the patients and the families. So happy to be able to participate in this event. WHAT A PARTY!!! there was 150 people enjoying the music of Curtis Newton Band and guest Ron Paley on June 1, 2019 at the Shrine Centre. The music was terrific and from the first beat of the band - people were on the floor dancing the night away. There were spot dances, Hoola Hoop competitions. silent auction prices, 50/50 draw and a guessing game on how many jelly beans were in the jar. Social food and more dancing closed the night. WHAT A PARTY!!!
